I just switched to magnetic switches so I have no switch hole at all now.

Those are just 3" servo extensions. The connector block was made to allow three of them to slide in together, You can see that the connector block extends into the inside of the box. Then I just used a few drops of epoxy from the inside to seal the backside of the connectors. The epoxy is too...

Completed setup for my A mono. External servo connection block, verified water tight in the sink for over an hour under water.

Finished product. Walls are .08 thick with a fillet under the lip to give plenty of strength. I am amazed at how light and strong this is. Now on to the internal structures!

Initial prints, there is a few changes to be made but overall came out as expected.

I printed mine inverted so that the tape surface was face down on the plate and it is glass smooth.
