I will finalize the KEP's T3-21 freebie as soon as I have published the first FE freebie. It will take a couple of weeks though but I hope it will be done before Christmas.

The FE-4SL is limited = UL motor (36x56 mm). The FE-4S is for motors up to 40x74 mm.

Looking forward to your test. My T3-12 (same proto drawings as yours) will not be tested until the spring though as time and focus has not been with me on that project... Also still have an T3-21 with an inline FX21 Zimmerman in it to be tested also. Freebies to be published before this year is...

Thanks! The boat itself is pretty much done and that is not the one in the pics btw. The test rigs we use accomodates dual paralell batteries an that makes the fe packaging a bit complicated (but the function is good as the load on the batts an batt connectors is half when hooking them up in...

Took half the day off today and went (FE) boating at my boss's lake. Zero wind an sun, t-shirt weather (in the sun) - not a typical weather middle of October this side of the pond by any means. And now my race buddy's boat was ready also! Still learning tho.

Tested my proto KEP's FE-4S this past weekend at my boss's place (3674-2300kv motor). It was a bit too long waves tho. Its getting colder each day here also.

Need to change the flex then as my prop shaft is too short for the extra long hubs on the new 1815's. Not enough threads left to lock it.

Some follow up Q:s... - The Rubycon caps: are those of the same basic specs as the original ones? - What size of alum tubing for cooling are you using - 4 mm dia or bigger?

I will test the FE tomorrow with alternative 36 mm motor(s). Need some new props though for next season - mainly FE & .21 props. The 45 is done and I'll publish freebie plans of that later this year (T3-45) but we wont do much more 45 racing ourselves tho I think so I wont need any props for...
