As a “Consultant” you should advise your client to start with something else if they can’t comprehend the cost of a twin. And advise that it’s not about the cost…it’s about ability.

That is a good assessment
I will pass the info along.
But for a comparison, my twin cost about $200 in hull and sponson materials.
About $500 in design and developing the cowling mold for vacuum infusion.
And +20yrs of trying to figure it all out.
I’m not the best so take the above with a grain of salt, this is the internet after all.
Good consult. ThanksI just finished one that I built from scratch, traditional material build. Couldn’t even guess at the hours as I worked on it on and off for a year but for a cost estimate, less
motors and pipes I’m at about $2,500.
All hand cut and assembled with a fit epoxy glass cowl .$1500 for a sealed hull, add hardware and your well over $2000. After seeing what others charge I'm low and need to raise my prices!Asking for a CONSULT
