Looking for bending method for 11/32 brass tubing. I have the spring type bending tool insert tube into spring and bend I haven’t tried using on the larger 11/32 size. Thinking trying to bend the tubing into a curved exhaust pipe. The radius might be to small to bent without kinking tube. Any help would be appreciated.

Have have had luck filling tube with fine sand. Then bending it.

If heating doesn't work,,maybe just heat to anneal, then try plugging one end, fill with water,or even sand and water, plug the other end and freeze it,worked for me with some 3/4" steel tubing

I’ve used salt. If I remember right, that’s what they use when bending the brass for musical instruments. You do have to plug the end or the filler will be useless. If you pre-anneal it, it becomes really soft and you can collapse it with your hands.
