I like it. I was going to ask why you didn't paint it "Chevy Orange" until I reread your original post and saw "race engine". Since it's a "race engine", color probably doesn't matter

Unless what you are printing is one color and an exact match isn't needed, I prefer paint over colored filament. "Silver" PLA+ looks a lot more like grey to me. White painted with Testors' metallic silver looks like polished aluminum.
