I am not sure about other folks who have built this boat, but...I found it pretty much impossible to get the motor in and out once all of the deck sheeting was in place. I ended up creating two hatches on either side of the motor. Impossible to undo the header bolts otherwise.

Mine was a fun build. Just waiting for the weather to clear and go for a maiden run.

Is this the correct one? 2L Belt Type X 1/4 Inch X 20 Inch Outside Diameter. The 19 inch one I have in Speedmaster seems to be an OK length.

I am using a Speedmaster belt. I got 4.8Ah into the battery after a full discharge. I am doing another discharge/charge cycle

New belt and it does fit correctly. I think my battery is not up to snuff. Trying the discharge/charge

It is a new battery. I will try a full discharge and then charge it back up again. It is not locking up.

Good day: I picked up a electric belt starter, a new TFL Hobby. I am using a 19 inch belt, a 5000mAh, 100c, 4S, 14.8 battery. My engine is a Zenoah G300 marine with approximately 10 hours on it, so it is not new. The battery has a full charge. The starter will not spin the engine over more...

I tried to look him up with no success. Any ideas?

So, I think I will build a outrigger with my Saito 180. Any ideas as to how to fit a drive line? Need a flywheel, and collet. Will probably go with a wire drive. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Craig
