I haven't tried this but,I wouldn't be surprized at all if a Rossi .90 P&S,with about .005" turned off the sleeve O.D.,might well drop right into that K.82.

Now I'm not saying that "K" motors are direct copies of Rossi's but, "K" motors carry a ton of physical similarities to the Rossi line of motors.

Do a little research.You might like what you find.

Thanks for the info.

Apparently the R90 piston and sleeve is a direct drop in fit into the K90 (Thanks Anders!)

The K90 and K82 sleeves are the same bore and OD as each other but the port heights are very different, far too much to machine the lip. I can take a photo if anyone is interested. I like to think of them as improved versions rather than copies

Does anyone know if the Rossi 80 sleeve is the same bore and OD as the Rossi 90, and if they have a rossi 80 sleeve could they measure from the top of the ports to the top of the sleeve for me?
