wtb speedmaster aircraft grade control arm for rudder

i looking for a speed master control arm for rudder on sport 40.the one i have came with the boat and was out of shape and wont tighten all way down.

Is this the small bracket that has a 4/40 bolt pinching it down on the rudder pin? if it is?? I just might have one....

its the 21 mono rudder.
