The Mac45 clips work great. Just make sure the groove in the piston is fully open.

Alright , now i need a case for the picco exr,still need rod .The old rod just could not break ,it exploded into multiple

pieces,and on the way out ,put a hole in the case. :angry:

I have all those larger parts used and the clips are new. My parts are for the P-45 EXR Marine "P418",, it is the last

Silver Head, Disc Rotor model. My engine broke the crank up next to the threaded section so the damage elsewhere

was nil.

PM me and we'll see if what I have is what you need.

If the pics shown on your link are correct this is not a EXR but a 3 piece case older version before the silver head EXR's came out. To make sure we're all looking for the same parts for you does your engine have 4 or 8 bolts (does the front brng housing bolt on??)
