WTB - Micro GPS Unit

I have been looking on line for a micro GPS unit that has an internal battery and will record max speed. I have seen guys use a handheld Garmins but this is quote large and heavy. Has anybody found anything that is ideal for our applications they can recommend.

Garmin Forerunner 201 works for me.

I tried one of those Voltron units in my 21 JAE. It was not consistent, run to run with no changes to the boat I would get 20kph (12mph) differences. So I checked it against my Stalker radar. It just didnt read right. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I dont use it anymore.

It is a pity because it weighed very little and could fit in the radio box:

Has an internal battery but can also be plugged into a reciever. Tried it for the first time at the weekend and seemed to be spot on.
