Guys,

I am looking for a gas boat, mono or cat with or without engine, to purchase for the son of one of my neighbors. He is a good kid that has been to my shop a couple of times with his Dad, and is showing a huge interest in model boating. I think a gas boat would be a very easy entry level boat for him and his Dad to learn on and to maintain. I am going to install a radio, engine, and rig it out for him as a gift. Doesnt need to be perfect by any means but would like it to be in great shape and competitive so hopefully the interest will continue and he can eventually take it to a race. You can post pics and prices here or send to [email protected]. Thanks.

I have a Bonzi 50 inch that is structurally sound. It has radio box , drive and a Bonzi clutch. I will send a couple of pics when I go back to my shop. It is painted with the Rusty Wallace Las Vegas inaugural race scheme.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Hi Ron,

I have a very nice rtr RC Boatworks Stryker Cat with RCMK Motor that had been recently modified and never run since the modifications. All you need to add is tx ,rx and tuned pipe. has Hitec digital servos. Special price $600 plus shipping.. You can view it on website under "featured products" https://rocketcityracing.com

This is my own boat

Ron,

I'd part with my RC Boatworks Crackerbox minus engine and receiver for $200.00 with hardware and motor mounts so you can just slap a 260 in with receiver and go!! Of course you do the shipping and handling.. Send you some pics in a moment!

Later!!

Pat

Cracker Box isnt a entry boat poor kid get upset and not want to run boats like Ron said Mono or Cat best on Gas for entry

Hey guys. Thanks for the posts. Pat, as Robert mentioned, the Crackerbox would be harder for a beginner to drive than a standard mono. I appreciate you and the others taking to time to post. Brian, I think the Stryker would be the best for Cody out of the others listed above. Can you shoot me an email so I will have your contact info? I have an engine so first question is would you be willing to sell as shown without the mod engine and header as well? I am very interested in picking this up and will probably start him with a stock Zenoah. Let me know. Thanks.
