What to Expect at Legg Lake - NAMBA District 19

Here's a link to recently posted photos of the renovated driver's area at Legg Lake. Click here for the photos.. Kudos to Mark and Kim Grim for their work with the parks department as well as all the other volunteers who helped make it happen. Between all the straightaway and two lap record events, as well as heat racing, this new driver's area really establishes Legg Lake as one of the premier model boating sites in the country if not the world.

It is indeed a great job by the County Parks Department. Now if they will just get the spa done we'll be set.

And yes, SAWS still gets set up off to the right, the extra room that location gives us is badly needed by some of the really fast guys like Mark Grim and Brian Buass!! (and everyone else who's getting over 100 mph there!!!)
