What to do with this pipe...

I dont know the brand and am not sure where to take my measurement to get the length around 9.5". This is for an OS .46.

I believe it is a Mac's exhaust 6.5 airplane pipe

As far as to determine length us a piece of wire slid along the inside as a feeler, to determine were the divergent and convergent make the transition to the flat section in between
