What pipe for Whiplash

I'm building a whiplash sport 20 with a valvola. I'm wondering which pipe works best. I have a cooper quiet pipe but I also heard that an ops 3280 is the one to get. Are there any others?

I have been running the 3280 nitro pipe with great success.

the 3280 quiet pipe works well, but not as fast as the nitro pipe.

I'am running the ops 3280 pipe and I have tryed the other pipes but not as good as the ops pipe.

What length do you guys run the 3280 pipe? Does it need a muffler for sanctioned races?

Pipe at 7 3/4 to 8. inches and a muffler is needed.

Lots of good info guys, thanks. Has anyone tried a cable system for throttle control on the whiplash?

Don,

I haven't tried the cable on the Whiplash,but it works well on my other boats.

The MS-21 pipe is getting made and shipped here soon.
