What is this in my .21 Valvola?

Dumb questions here but i plead ignorance! I picked up a new CMB .21 Green head recently and realized that it has an adapter screwed into the glow plug hole with a glow plug screwed into the adapter.........is this a turbo plug set up and where do i get extra plugs for it? In 43 years of boating ive never used a turbo plug/ head before and i know nothing about them! Many Thanks!

21, prolly an RT4

It might just be a custom head button with an extended boss where the glow plug screws into. Take the head off.

If you want to trade that head button for a Regular glow plug
head button I have them in stock? Just let me know? I have
10 or 12 of those motors still.
