What hull is this ??

I recently purchased a motor and boat from a guy. The motor was a K&B 3.5 outboard, I know what that is but the hull ?? It’s new and un rigged. I think it’s a sport .40 hull, it’s 37” long 16.5” wide. 4” rails. Was planning to put it together for my son to use for fun.
Anyone know what it is ? Looking for ideas as to what hardware to get for it.

Ok so I’m planning to build this hull for my son to drive. I know it’s not a great race hull and that’s ok. Anyone have one and would like to share some set up tips ? I was thinking Speedmaster hardware, flat bottom strut spds-005-f and rudder spdrs-007-21snga. Mojo racing fin. Rudder on left side transom and strut mounted center of transom. Build a radio box up front or just put a fuel tank there ? Tank size ?

All of that sounds like a good setup to me. Radio box and fuel location is a preference thing to me. Good luck with the build. I will be interesting to see what that hull will do with today’s motor.
