i have rossi .21 with header and irwin quiet pipe. my question is were do i measure to on pipe? do i measure to the pressure fitting or up further

not super critical. i would try to measure to the seam. hard to see the pipe in the pic as it is HUGE.

the key is use the same spot ALL THE TIME. dont deveate from that and you will be fine

Measure from where the weld bumps are on the Irwin to glow plug......... :)

William take two Inches off that header and it will run

Better. I figure 5" for the center of engine to the end

Can measure off the water fitting on the left side of

The water jacket. Pipe should be around 2.5" to 3" this way.

thanks shoboat. is coming along hotwater.just gotta get the pipe set to proper length got the 3rd channel base installed. it came today.

Cool! Yeah....cut the header not the pipe like Shoboat (Mark) said... ;)

BTW....Tim Jones sells some good coupler material if you need some (also has great fuel tubing)...Excellent vendor....
