Dude,

If you have the choice....get the 3pjs because the 3pj doesnt have digital trim on the 3rd channel. It's easier to set up

Be happy if I even get my hands on the 3PJ. Swiching all my boats to 3rd channel remote needle, not sure if digital trim affects needle control.

it doesnt really affect needle control...it just makes it easier to set up each boat and transition between boats
