voodoo props

I'm having trouble getting props from this guy. Is there a good or better time to reach him? I know this is probably a side line thing and he has txt ed me a few times with partial answers but I'm gettin kinda frustrated. His web site will not let me order what I need. Is there a code word or a secret password to placing an order?

good luck, he is difficult to deal with. I had similiar issues and stop dealing with him.

Thanks for the great response. Brian bauss has been great at helping me find what I need but I'm trying to get stock props so my son can modify them. I went with bonzi to get them. I hope they come thru.
