Venom RTR Scale-look Catamarans

Venom is set to introduce two new cats that are absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what many offshore fans have been longing for. At this point, information on the King of Shaves and Segad is limited, but these cats are set to pounce mid-May. What we do know is that the 58" FG hulls will be powered by a water-cooled 26cc zenoah clone, which is said to accept most, if not all Zenoah mod parts (as well as some Quickdraw parts too). Approx. 2.2HP stock, and about 35mph out of the box. These cats are without a clutch or waterpump but street price will be reasonable at around $950 RTR. Venom has tested the hull to 50mph and claims they're very stable and also handle rough water well. The company plans to have a special high-performance engine available as a hop-up. Also noteworthy is the 3CH programmable radio system that seems far superior to all other radio gear in the RTR segment.

Unfortunately, Venom has not yet released any pics of the interior, hull bottom, or hardware.
