Unknown Rudder Assembly

Hello,

The attached pictures show a rudder setup I have on a boat a bought a few years ago. I am not sure the brand and want to get spare blades. The finish is not smooth but has a slightly rough, brushed feel.

Has anyone seen this exact type/brand and possibly know where I can purchase more?
