Yes it is a A/C unit on the ceiling. There is even a air compressor mounted in front next to the generator. Just have not put the outlet box in for it. There is a lot of years of boat thoughts gone into this setup.

A portable toilet, air mattress or cot w/sleeping bag, cooler and something to cook on and you're set for a weekend. Might I suggest one of these for cooking on:
