I recently ordered a FF12 kit from Tom and Climate models. During construction I found the the sponson boom mounting blocks were too short.

I emailed Tom this morning and asked him about it. Tom made contact with the supplier right away. They confirmed the problem and have put new parts in the mail to me already!

My hat is off to Tom and his dedication to the hobby and his customers. He stands firmly behind his products.
