I sometimes wonder what the motivation is of some members based on their posts...like they are filling a need that has nothing to do with the spirit of this site...(eg - transfer of knowledge/experience)
i try, not always successfully, to learn as much as i can from ppl having success with their setups and i evaluate my own posts to see if it adds value from my own experience...if not, i try to stay silent
overall, i am MUCH happier with the quality of my build because of the contributions of the members of this site, and if i can just finish this dam boat..it'll all be good

Yes, to me that is what this forum is and should be used for. I really enjoy being part of this family of boaters. To learn and share boating KNOW HOW ( I borrowed that from Martin).

Charles I think some time people are stuck in there own little world and think that thy have the best answer to every thing.
I say to each his own. but don't be belligerent about it.
Some people just don't get it. most of the time it is people that think thy are more intelligent than thy are.
Thy are not smart enough to see how it relay is.
Just look at all the post and the attempted to gain respect. should tell you some thing about what we are dealing with.
Just let it go it will take care of its self.
