I hate to say this, but that was two years ago. My under construction Miss Madison hasn't been there since the first event in 2005

I'm looking at pictures 2005 RCU 25-26-27 of the WildRoot Charlie. What size hull and what engine are in the boat? I couldn't believe the details.

There were TWO Charlie's there, so I'll give you both:

The BIG ONE is

58" long, 24" wide and powered by a B H Hanson Indy modded Zenoah G230.

The little one is approximately

34.8" long, 14.4" wide and powered by an Astro 25 5 turn on 12 sub-C cells

The size and weight of the big boat(which is 1/6th scale) made the boat hard to handle on the beach, as well as not able to reach scale speeds. After talking to one of the guys at B H Hanson, the boat should have had a G260 to get any real speed.

Also, for the record, they ARE NOT MY BOATS. I have run the big one once, as well as helping with it a few times B)
