I would truely like to thank the engineer that the drew the plans for this garage storage addition- Nothing like hand setting a 22 x 16 x 3-1/2 Microlam - TWICE / It was a double- Are you serious ????? You could hang a block and tackle off this f/ckr and open a Mac dealer changing semi engines.

And of course they just moved in and their entire life is still in the garage we are working in :angry:

Not to mention the garage door opener the contractor failed to tell us we needed to move to get the beam in, Im thinking he need's to rename the company to Ten Egyptians

That beam should hold that door opener with no problem.

I kinda miss doing that work once in awhile. It doesn't pay

too well now.
