what size electric sport hydros was that running in houston about a month ago, would anyone have pictures of hull and inside setup.

Where in Houston? We ran several hydro classes at the Lone Star Model Boat Club's Fall Classic in Crosby,
Limited Sport Hydro and P Sport Hydro. Here is a photo of the interior of a P-Sport boat being charged between heats:

jay what is the lenght and width of this hydro. and how many cells is it.

Jeff, the hull shown is a Campbell Classic, 24" x 12". It is shown set up for the 12-cell Sport Hydro class with a BL motor, but it works great for LSH (Limited Sport Hydro) and 8-cell Sport Hydro (and probably for 6-cell Sport Hydro too). The hull is an ABS kit available from Fine Design, Fullers and Offshoreelectrics.
