Sport 40 How much fuel and prop suggestions

Been a while since I ran sport40. Its a wood whip, should come in pretty light although its not done yet, powered by a strong Picco 8mm blackhead, and it will 60% . I was thinking that I need around 12-13 oz but I better get this right before I deck it! Also what props should I start with. Thanks Tony J

Tony many run 14 oz..... 450/3 is hard to beat

14oz tank in my SS-40/Mac .45...and its CLOSE! A 1-2 oz header tank is not a bad idea if you have room...i really should do this to mine!

Yup id say 12+2 and id call Ken Hildreth for the hot prop.....or I could send you one to duplicate 1455

Larry's setup is spot on, get the x450/3 prop and drive it like you stole it.......

Mine has worked so well with the 450/3 I haven't got around to trying with any of the other props I have for it.
