It will fit if you build an offset motor mount. I had mine in a Texan with a full cowl. Pipe went out through the bottom of the boat. Something that Glen Quarles built back in the day.

Some how I built a sport 20 with a 4 inch engine well with a novirossi and it fit? I think all you have to do is bend the header a bit tighter. When I did the epoxyglass kit for the Supersport21 I made the engine well open, about 6 inches wide no problem there
