Sport 20 AOA

Hello guys, just wondering what you guys have found to work well for AOA on a sport 20 hull?

I know the guys running the 1/10 scale electrics are running at around 6* so I would start somewhat lower and experiment with ride pads. I built my remanufactured Pak at 3* and will be testing this spring with a series of ride pads to see what is best for it as well

3 degrees will work for a lighter boat Those FE boats run 6 cause of the weight they have to haul around.

I was thinking along similar lines as well and, along with wanting to reduce the amount of air under the boat, that was why I went with 3* on my build. I'll find out when i finish the wife's boat if the higher AOA and deeper sponsons make that much difference since her boat is 3/8" deeper at the sponson transoms than my boat

You have a Supersport and a Whiplash, both proven designs in competition. What do those hull measure out at?

No more than 3.5
