Sponson width .12 JAE

I am building a .12 JAE from the plans and was wandering what most of you have for the outside width of the sponsons. It says to set to a min. of 16 inches.

Bob: mine is built from the kit and it measures 16 inch on the outside of the sponsons, that doesn't count the over hang on the bottoms. Rick

I will startat 16 then. I can always go wider.
