When I turn left a little, the turnfin sponson lifts out of the water...

Looks like the dolphins at the dolphin show when they are waving hello..

How to fix this?

less tuck angle of fin may help, likely what happening is once the water pressure is against the OUTSIDE of fin, iF the tuck angle is severe enough the water pressure pushes against the angle lifting sponson right up.

* better than guessing would be a few PICTURE of your turn fin set up from a few angles

don't turn left  . what scott says is right. prolly never gonna make it go away completely, due to it trying to climb the turn fin, because of the bend needed to hold the boat in a righthand turn. i've seen some riggers & sport hydros that will turn left more/better than others, but none will make a real left turn at speed, with a bent or curled turn fin.

Blip the throttle like a slotcar setting up for a corner at high speed to load the front ..then right back wide open to maintain control . Works great for hydros as well !!
