I am building a 7931 Gas hull from ML Boatworks. I need info on motor placement. I am new to gas hydros. I don't want to mount in the wrong place.

As far forward as possible. Radio gear in the front. Tank at the cg on the right side. Balance hull with everything sitting in it where it should go. Balance to about 50/50 both directions. You may need to add lead to the left sponson tip to get a good balance.
