Ran mine the first time today with 4 other guys.

Slick. Not even a hickup.

There's a learning curve. You have to remember that you don't need to extend your Tx antenna. :D And there's no chance of poking someone's eye out.

The receiver antennas are only 8" out of the box and the instructions say you can safely crop them to 3.5".

Bye-bye crystals forever. (I just wish the receivers were a little cheaper.)

No, but Team Losi has been testing them for a year without issue.

Ever get a glitch in your cell phone within a couple hundred feet of a tower? :p

Might be a bad analogy but the only cell phone issue I've ever had is bad signal reception caused by range.

I sell cell phone also. At one time there used to be a huge single loss near the antennas. They have fixed that problem somewhat, BUT I have an antenna tower directly across the street from my store, about 100 feet. I have better reception the next city block and on. I could have bought that building in 1990 for 300k. There are 3 cell phone carriers on that building today paying over 5k per month with over 20 year leases. I kick myself everyday I go to work over that one!
