Source for boom tubes used by CMD

Can some one tell me where i can get the boom tubes used by CMD? It seems that the sponson tubes are .500 OD and the tub tubes are .606(ish) OD

My research points to Goodwinds, would like some confirmation.

Hey Mike, I don’t know where CMDI gets their booms, but I get mine from Goodwinds and can highly recommend them. One word of advice though, if you are buying carbon rods or tubes that have to fit either inside or outside of another one be sure to tell them what you are doing and have them measure the parts. I bought some 1/4” carbon rods before and there were actually.255” and wouldn’t fit in the brass tubes. I talked to them about it and they measured some for me and those worked great.

Thats where I get mine from too. Been getting it from them back when they use to sell it from the kite shop in seattle.

Thanks for the replies! I was hoping that I could get the exact replacements that are currently on the boat. They must be from GoodWinds as they are the closest in size that I can find.

Just a note about APC Composites; they are no longer going to be carrying the Fiberglass Tubing.
