Yes I cut the flywheel when I had the older boat. The diameter where the belt goes is stock so there is no loss of torque and belt grip. But gives more clearance for getting the belt on amd off the flywheel.Hey Danny. Did you turn the .46 flywheels down to give you belt clearance in the Eagle? I have found that in the older boat it's really tight, and the newer 45 boat you can't get a belt under the flywheel.
