I have a really nice 40" Sightler hull I want to setup. Will go with either a strong 45 or a mild 60 engine.
I know the boat is made or was made for subsurface setup. Got some great help from someone who knows that end pretty well.
Can I set it up surface even though it was made for subsurface and expect it to handle and perform well??
Have watched the transition for subsurface to surface years ago. However, this hull reminds you of a twincraft on the bottom except it is a little deeper in the back and the nose is a tad deeper too.
Anyway let me know if you have any experience here or have seen it done.
