Guys,

We have never run a mono with a Subsurface Strut. Is there a way to set it for a good starting point ? Thanks Phil

Actually I've run most of my mono's sub-surface (west-coast style :) ), they run very nice, stable, fast (just as the image shown on left-side)

I believe my .45 & .67 size mono's are initially set at 5/8" parallel.

David,

Are you saying if I ran a straight edge along the bottom of the hull start 5/8 below that line ? Thanks Phil

Not sure on the 20's , but on my subsurface 40 Seaducer - we try and get em as close to the bottom of the hull as poss.

I'm sure someone can add input to the 20.

Andy

Hi Phil. I will be heading to the Winter Nats tomorrow morning(not racing). I will ask Jerry Crowther for you tomorrow as I doubt I can reach him by phone today. Lol. If you want you can PM me your number and I can text you a pic with the info.
