rudder length .21 Seaducer ??

I have been running a .21 ducer (SD2) w/ the wrong rudder :huh: I have a new one in my hand what length should the rudder be, it is alot longer than the one that is on it now. I need a depth measurement I guess ? set up sheet? Thanks JWB

Set up 2 3/4Inches if you cut modified angel front 2 3/4 and end 2 5/8" will be happy fun race Good Luck!

Thats the same as my SD2 bud, Indeed it looks long, and I did trim mine a little shorter, but did not notice much.

Busted the 4mm tap while i was prepping the other block for you, i got the broken tap bit out, Picking up the new tap today

Rest of the motors are done, I rechecked every part on both motors.

Jerry Crowther put the hardware on mine(many years ago) I took and reset the motor flat with no angle to use the "simple S bend" in the stuffing tube.

Works for me.

Once you get the little SD2 cookin you'll appreciate the rudder length, keeps it nice and smooth in the rough water.
