Yes but you have to unblot it everytime you take the engine out . My engines come out after each race so I like being able to just snap it off. Does look nice though !I use these 3mm titanium ball stud and 2/56 ball link from dubro a clean setup

That's exactly what I do for my twin rudders linkage .These are the best I've found for rudder linkages, re-tap the hole 6-32 then run a die around some 1/8" stainless from K&S (or welding rod) and you'll get a strong, slop free link.
