Revenge fuel

I use RedMax but lately the people get it from haven't had it. Another club seller who sold O'Donnell's is now selling 60% Revenge.

Anyone have any pro's & con's about this fuel?? He's selling it for $24 a gallon. Hi or Low??

Revenge used to be owned by Don Donikowski in Los Angeles. Many of us used it in the early nineties and long before that time.

Then there was the nitro plant that caught fire, Don got married, and started a family. O'Donnell's became the fuel of choice ..... and Red Max with the outboarders. I have not seen Revenge run in at least 10 years.

We like Wild Cat in San Diego.

Revenge is now being sold under the name Brand XX.. I was able to run some during the week.....I normaly run Red Max 60%... Both fuels ran equity well,but have not run it long enough to make a fair judgment on it...I how ever use to run this fuel back in the 80.s but change when it stop being avalible..... 24.00 for a gallon is a verry good price...That what I was paying for 40% in 86...

Man don't you guys buy in quantity????? I've never paid that much running 50 & 60% even before I began mixing my own three seasons ago. You get people together & do a club buy & you save $$, at least with Red Max.

I would have to agree with you Don, but as you know it hard to get some people to do this for one reasion or another... If we have 10 memberes in a club you'll probely fine 10 difference fuels brands...And each one says his is the Best...Human Nature I guess....LOL....

Yeah bulk and a discount are a good thing. Seems everyone in the club is running several different %'s 40%, 50% and 60%. I'm considering buying some cases of the Brand XX.

That's what is soooo cool about the RedMax quantity & club discounts, mix & match to suit everyone's nitro level needs! We even had cases that were 1/2 50% & 1/2 60% in some instances. The only thing that matters is the final gallon count for quantity price breaks!

Yeah, I'd like to get some people together and order. I can have it sent to my business address which is a Distribution Center so I shouldn't have to pay up the WAZOO on shipping.

The last thing I want is to find out Brand XX put some crappy paint eating/staining oils into the nitro.

How'd the RedMax do with that Lobster paint job of yours??

I never had RedMax stain any paint work I've done. My home brew doesn't either....
