we've got a good group of boy & girls racing in d-12, terry. i've seen the same faces for 2 years now. not saying that a steady diet of nintendo is a good thing, but the kids today are a LOT more familiar with the feel of a controller than we were at that age. should give them an advantage, once you pry them off the couch. doug carter's (metime productions) son won .21 tunnel novice at the namba nats this year! when he steps up from novice, all of us in d-12 will have to bring our a game. he is just 1 of many avid young racers here. great to see, for the future of the hobby. helps keep us F.R.O.G.S. from gettin' too comfortable.
