I have seen it in the airplane world.. Not for me being stick and to many bells and whistles!! What would you do with all that in a boat??

Nothing! But I use all my life stick radio. And my questing is: can it work with LIPO or LIFE battery? Boris

It is a 4 AA dry cell radio so almost certainly you van run it off a 2S life just like any other 6 volt radio can.

four AA is 6 volt. LIFe 6.6, LIPO 7.4. This is 15% and 20% more! This is my concern. Boris
