Radio Box Question for Vegas

I've been looking at the Super Vee Radio Box, Instead of the two screw that break with the Vegas the Super vee has the snap over close. Will the radio box out of the Super Vee Nitro work in the Vegas??

the easy answer is no bandit... the push rods come out on opposite sides on the front and back......also the box mounts quite different then the vegas...ive been looking for a alternative also,,as the stock ones just plain suck...mouting them through the bottom of the box wasnt the best idea,,,and like you said the two screws on top,,,the sv box is really nice for what it is...to bad it wont fit....

bro is the the seal still on the edge of the box? if so tap the lid on, i use 2 big tie straps and zip tie it down. ive been doing this for awhile and i have dry stuff on the inside every time.

my answer was to remove the two screws and use a medium duty rubber band which has worked fine all summer, also allows for quick and easy access. Just keep an extra band in your box. I've never had a water problem yet.
