Which type do you use and why? Last year i switched from Nicads to the Monsterpowercell 2850maH AA batteries in both reciever and radio. I noticed the response was better and the duration of the batteries lasted about 3 weeks which included a race weekend in Elmira. Through testing they can be recharged but not up to the original maH of 2850. The NiMh batteries i was using are the 1800 mah Monsterpowercell batteries. They worked well but they didn't have the servo response that the hi amp alkaline ones did. These batteries can be bought online at www.monsterpowercell.com or at Circuit City or Best Buy's. What is everyone else using?

I never used alkalines, first used NiCads and 2 years ago switched to NiMh 1850. For receiver pack I use 5 cells, this provides enough speed and torque for me.
