Yes there are, I seem to remember hearing they ran in a salt water cove at the end of Condado.

Rocky what are you doing in San Juan. You working in the tanker Fire area? jw

Yes there is a refinery explosion and fire just outside of San Jaun It was still burning last night I am leaving sometime mid week next week at least as of right now.
