PT Lobster 1/8 electric

Has anyone converted a Phil Thomas 1/8 scale lobster boat or set one up to suit electric?

I dont think you could cram all the pieces in it. Its kinda tight for a nitro setup

I knew it was tight, just wasn't sure if it was possible, thought someone may have attempted it

I believe I've read something about electrifying that hull... Maybe on OSE forum ?

I owned one of Phil's lobster hulls in the past and currently run both nitro and FE scales, there is not enough room to cram everything you'll need for FE in there and have the boat work right.

Hull is only 4 inches wide inside. I think someone did do it but I would be afraid of it sinking on the maiden voyage.

someone did it and showed pics over on ose...he just didn't beleave everyone telling him to seal the hatch so water didn't get to the esc etc.... here is a link...he ran it and never did say how it turned out
