Impeccable work. Throw it on the boat and go.
I have one of his 1645’s for a 40 tunnel/ 20 hydro to test. I have a 442 he doesn’t make anymore either than ran well

This is the one he is keeping for his collection.
The ones I am getting I will finish my self as I do not polish my props.
2 are in 50mm 1.54 pitch ratio and 1 is a exact enlargement to 55mm.

Can he do the 1667shape 6.9 cup ?
He can make a copy of any prop if you have the time and $.
I have a full diameter H50 6.9 cup that Eric did for me that needs to be done.
He will scan it then make a printer file.
That way it can be made any time later in any size and amount.
I am going to have this prop made in 67mm next.

Any idea what alloy (or name brand) he uses to print props?

What does he charge if you supply the file?

The 3 props cost me $173.20 including the shipping. I sent the prop to him and he scanned it. As far as the material not sure it is strong stuff......in his words...LOL Ti material is not that much more. It is the time to make the file that is costly . I had to order a few props to make it worth his time. Bin working with him almost a year to get this done. He did not want to do it as it was Andys prop from his CNC. I ashured him that I did not think it would be a problem. Andy has seen this prop on face book and dose not have a problem with it I feel from are conversations. Not looking to make money on it just run my toy boat. This is a copy of a AB5077B/3
