Prop. Selection for Quadra 42 & Dumas 38 Scarab
Hull: DUMAS 55” 38 Scarab KV, Running Hardware #2354 Kit (1/4 “ FLEX DRIVE, 3/16 Prop shaft), Power is Quadra Q400M, 37.7CC, with onboard starter, motor truns CCW.
This boat will not be setup for racing; I am looking for good all-round performance. I need advice on, 1. Prop selection, 2. Balance point 3. any advice you might pass on to a new boat driver.
