Praying for a friend

I'm sure there is way more than I ever want to know going on, BUT a good friend I have not seen in some years was on the wrong end of the gun and critical condition after being shot several times by his wife last night. George was a shirt off his back kinda guy since high school , decent dude to his friends. Hope he makes it to tell his side of the story............

Update I read today said- round 2 of surgery, appears he got hit 8 times and still kickin

Yeah its really easy for a doctor to pin a mental illness on someone because then they can say they can't work becouse they are mentally ill so then they get social security disability and the doctor gets paid to treat them

No offense guys - I understand your frustration- totally .....

BUT -

The reason I started this thread was - Because my buddy is laying in the hospital with 8 gunshot wounds and is clinging to life.

This is not some thug from the hood-drug dealer-wife beater-the avg pos from this day and age we have produced....

Its a stand up guy you would all be proud to call a friend.How he is even still alive is a statement to his will and character..........

Pete, I thought my comments were taking this thread in a direction Andy had not intended it to go. I deleted my posts and apologized to Andy. "Prayers for a Friend" means just that and I'm still saying one for George every day.

As far as George goes, he is still breathing, been through a bunch of surgeries so far, She got him 6x in the front and 2 in the back.

That will teach him to show her how to shoot his guns, apparently too well- just sayin

If George has made it this far-his chances are getting better every day. Dr's will not operate on anyone too weak to go thru surgery/anestisa.
